Privacy policy

The short version

Strømpris collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.

What the app fetches

To show prices, the app fetches public data from Energi Data Service (api.energidataservice.dk), Energinet's open data service: the day-ahead spot prices for your price area and the published tariffs and taxes for your grid company. The requests contain only the price area and the tariff codes; no identifiers, no cookies and nothing about you. Energinet's servers see an ordinary web request, like any website visit.

Your settings

Your price area, grid company, markup and choices are stored only on your iPhone, shared with the app's own widgets. Deleting the app deletes them.

Notifications

Notifications are local: the phone schedules them itself. Nothing is sent to a server.

The Supporter purchase

The optional purchase is handled by Apple. Strømpris only learns whether you have bought it.

This website

stroempris.theill.com sets no cookies and has no trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs.
